• How can I set up a new tenant?

    1. Open https://admin.onestopreporting.com/ and log on with your tenathost administration user (provided by OneStop Reporting)
    2. Go to Tenants in the left hand menu.
    3. Click “New”
    4. Add name of the tenant, who is the administrator and what integration to use within this tenant:

    If you choose “Current user” as tenant administrator, then the administrator of the tenant is the user you are currently logged into the tenanthost with. If you prefer to define another user as a tenant administrator, then you first need to create the user, and then choose this user from the “other user” option.

  • How do I create new users in a tenanthost?

    4. Enter name of the user, email address:

    NOTE! Username needs to be a valid email address!

  • How do I associate a user with a tenant?

    Scenario 1: You are creating a new user and want to associate this user with an existing tenant

    1. Open https://admin.onestopreporting.com/ and log on with your tenanthost administration user (provided by OneStop Reporting)
    2. After you have created the new user (https://help.onestopreporting.com/faq/tenanthost/#how-do-i-create-new-users-in-a-tenanthost), go to Tenants.
    3. Select the tenant you want to associate with this user.
    4. Click “Add users”.

    This user has now access to this tenant, but the tenant administrator needs to give the user access within the tenant (add the user to a role and give licenses).

    Scenario 2: You want to add a user as Administrator in a new tenant

    1. Create the user (https://help.onestopreporting.com/faq/tenanthost/#how-do-i-create-new-users-in-a-tenanthost)
    2. While creating the tenant, you can select who you want to add as administrator. Select “Other user” and select the new user from the list of available users:
