NOTE: These subscription settings are only available for Xero and QuickBooks users.

 

Start subscription

For free trial customers;

  1. Click Start your subscription now
  2. In My subscriptions, click Subscribe now.
  3. (optional) In the Additional Companies row, enter additional companies in the Quantity field if you want to have more than one company. NOTE: All subscriptions include one company.

NOTE: We only provide British Pounds as currency.

  1. In the Select billing plan list, leave the checkbox for Billed quarterly selected. We currently only have this billing plan available.
  2. Read the Terms and Conditions and select the checkbox.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Under Card details, enter the name on your card and card number.
  5. Under Billing address, enter your name and address.

NOTE: VAT number is optional for all users except Norwegian customers, who must fill out this field.

  1. Click Confirm and Pay.

 

Change subscription

If you want to add more companies or change the number of eLearning licenses, follow these steps:

  1. Click  Settings >  My subscription.
  2. On the My subscription tab, click the Change my subscription link.
  3. In the Quantity fields, enter the number of additional companies and eLearning users. Please note that for all subscriptions, one company is included in the total price.
  4. Select the I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions checkbox.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. In the Payment method dialog, you can change your credit card details and edit your personal information.
  7. Click Confirm and pay.

 

Update payment information

  1. Click  Settings My subscription.
  2. On the My subscription tab, click the Update payment info link.
  3. To change your credit card, click the Change link next to the Credit or debit card field.
  4. Enter your new card number.
  5. Click Update.

 

Update billing information

  1. Click  Settings My subscription.
  2. On the My subscription tab, click the Update payment info link.
  3. Under Billing address, edit the information.
  4. Click Update.

 

Stop subscription

  1. Click  Settings My subscription.
  2. On the My subscription tab, click the Stop subscription link.

NOTE: The cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. You may still log in and reactivate your subscription after this date. If you do not reactivate your subscription within 1 day of this date, all your data and user information will be deleted.

  1. (optional) Write a review.
  2. Click Stop subscription.

 

View payment history

  1. Click  Settings My subscription.
  2. Click the Payment history tab.

 

View invoice for subscription

  1. Click  Settings My subscription.
  2. Click the Payment history tab.
  3. Click the Invoice icon to download the invoice.
