Logging in with Multi-Factor Authentication

The following tips will help you troubleshoot a login issue when you use OneStop Reporting’s Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solution.

 

How do I log in to OneStop Reporting with MFA?

To log in with OneStop Reporting MFA, you need three separate pieces of information:

  • Your username
  • Your password
  • A numeric code generated by an authenticator app on your mobile device.

I have a new device, but my old device is inaccessible. What can I do?
